The Details:

  • Filming one day between August 5-11 (unavailable that weekend)

  • Delivery before first day of classes on August 24th (actual deadline to be determined)

  • One-two person crew

  • Up to two strategy and scheduling meetings

What You’ll Get:

  • 20-50 photo edits highlighting the new student spaces

    • Mixture of real estate wide photos and lifestyle photos (potentially adding in students- TBD)

  • One video walkthrough edit with music for use on website

    • Real estate style with music, no narration

    • This could also include a web banner video edit depending on budget

  • Raw B-roll footage delivery

    • Video assets will utilize real estate style techniques. Photography will blend wide-angle shots with lifestyle-oriented imagery for versatile content use.

    • If students are included, this could include footage of students in the common areas

Shooting can be optimized by separating facility photography from lifestyle student segments.

Estimate: $2,300-$3,000

Range is contingent on timeline, student scheduling, and scope of deliverable changes
