The Details:

Filming one day between August 5-11 (unavailable that weekend)
Delivery before first day of classes on August 24th (actual deadline to be determined)
One-two person crew
Up to two strategy and scheduling meetings

What You’ll Get:

20-50 photo edits highlighting the new student spaces
- Mixture of real estate wide photos and lifestyle photos (potentially adding in students- TBD)
One video walkthrough edit with music for use on website
- Real estate style with music, no narration
- This could also include a web banner video edit depending on budget
Raw B-roll footage delivery
- Video assets will utilize real estate style techniques. Photography will blend wide-angle shots with lifestyle-oriented imagery for versatile content use.
- If students are included, this could include footage of students in the common areas

Shooting can be optimized by separating facility photography from lifestyle student segments.
