The Details:
Filming one day between August 5-11 (unavailable that weekend)
Delivery before first day of classes on August 24th (actual deadline to be determined)
One-two person crew
Up to two strategy and scheduling meetings
What You’ll Get:
20-50 photo edits highlighting the new student spaces
Mixture of real estate wide photos and lifestyle photos (potentially adding in students- TBD)
One video walkthrough edit with music for use on website
Real estate style with music, no narration
This could also include a web banner video edit depending on budget
Raw B-roll footage delivery
Video assets will utilize real estate style techniques. Photography will blend wide-angle shots with lifestyle-oriented imagery for versatile content use.
If students are included, this could include footage of students in the common areas
Shooting can be optimized by separating facility photography from lifestyle student segments.
Estimate: $2,300-$3,000
Range is contingent on timeline, student scheduling, and scope of deliverable changes
